Are any of you fans of the HGTV show - House Hunters? Usually I'm not tuning in to that one, until now....
If any of you know the premise of the show, a regular joe-smoo couple visits three homes with a realtor and they talk about the pro and cons of each of the houses. Host Suzanne Wong(see above picture) voiceovers the highlights of each property - It's terribly cheezy and the couples could not be more stiff and canned in their on-camera appearances.
The past two days, I feel like I'm in an episode of house hunters.
Will they choose this one? The highest price of them all, but it has all the upgrades they would choose, the best location to the elementary school, and a good fenced yard.
Or will they choose this one? It's the lowest priced property, but has the smallest yard, and located in a golf course community club which means high HOA dues. But because it is lower in price, they can afford it the same?
Or will they go with the Cambridge Estates estate? It has the highest taxes ($5000 a year!!!), but has the biggest yard (1/4 acre) and is in one of the most desirable neighborhoods in Salem.
Shannan likes choice number 3, but Jeremy is poker -faced over the whole ordeal. Probably a good idea NOT to fall in love with anything since weHAVEN'T SOLD OUR HOUSE YET!!!!!
(mom, I can hear your voice in my head now, and no, we haven't made any offers on anything yet - i'm just looking....)
